• Cold Gel wraps should only be used 5-15 minutes per session 2-4 times a day.

• Cold Usage: place gel wraps in freezer for 30-60 minutes before use.

• Hot Usage: place gel wraps in microwave oven for 30-60 seconds for each time.
• Hot therapy is ideal for rheumatic pain, neural pain, sciatica, vertebral pain, improve mucous membrane scar after surgery.

These Gel wraps are to be used for external medication only. If they get damaged od pierced, discard straight away. Can be repeatedly used.
